The Lean into Love session explores the insanity of our current approach to DEI and introduces a fresh new approach: the ABCs of LOVE. We are all individually responsible for diversity, equity and inclusion - not only in the workplace but also in our communities. To do that we have to be willing to shed the personas we may wear and embrace and appreciate our authentic selves, which allows us to do the same for others. The problem isn’t that we can’t work together in harmony. We’ve just become so “sensitive” that fear forces us to shut down any dialogue that creates discomfort, which makes it almost impossible to relate authentically, which is where the magic happens.
