LEAD Institute is a year-long professional development program for nonprofits serving the diverse communities of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. The intent of LEAD is to prepare successful nonprofit directors or managers to take on expanded leadership responsibilities. Tuition rates vary by the size of your organization, significant partial scholarships are available and applications submitted early are eligible for a 10% discount.
