Balance Physical Therapy and Human Performance Center is a result-oriented rehabilitation facility committed to helping patients return to an active lifestyle. A major element in achieving that goal involves patient education, so Balance Physical Therapy now offers free monthly, interactive classes on a variety of health topics. Held alternately at BPT’s Monterey and Salinas locations, each class gathers at 5:30 p.m., and includes: a bottle of sparkling water and healthy snack; a 20-minute class taught by BPT team members; an interactive PowerPoint presentation; and a 15- 30-minute Q&A session. To maintain the highest standards of professional excellence, all Balance physical therapists attend continuing education courses, serve as mentors and clinical instructors for graduate students, and speak on a variety of topics within the local community.
