Bookkeeping Assistant:

1.Have knowledge of basic Accounting Principles. 

2.Have knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and Online. 

3.Assist bookkeeper lead with companies’ financial transactions. 

4.Have a clean, organized, and well-kept company control. 

5.Ensures to obtain documentation required for financial reports. 

6.Take client calls, organize receipts, and keep accurate company reports. 

7.Assist bookkeeper lead with one-time bookkeeping assignments during tax season. 

8.Must be detail-oriented, be able to work in teams and independently, with little to no guidance. 

9.Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective performance in the department.
