~Have a basic working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, janitorial maintenance, and minor repairs and are willing to learn more.

~Work well with others and can work independently as well.

~You can stand, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs.

~Can work efficiently and safely.

~Maintain our restaurants to our standards, every time.

~Take direction cheerfully, can adjust daily, and make corrections when necessary.

~Report and or receive direction from multiple department heads

~Arrive on time, every time for your shift with a smile and a great attitude.


Someone capable in performing quality plumbing work on restaurant facilities.

Driving Company-issued vehicle and maintain vehicle with great care.

Reading plans and Specifications.

Reconciliation of Expense Report for Company-issued credit card using excel format.

Valid California Driver's License.

Professional attitude and energy.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
