The Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce is looking to onboard an intern in our Downtown Salinas Office. We understand as a student it can be difficult to gain experience; we do not require experience for our internships. We place high value on promoting the success of our interns by providing a flourishing work environment and countless opportunities to network within a wide range of industries. For over 100 years our non-profit organization has been committed to supporting local businesses and the community through advocacy and civic development. 

Our internships have flexible hours tailored to your schedule. As an intern you will have access to exclusive events the Chamber hosts and partners with. We offer reimbursement for mileage and approved expenses. The duration of your internship may be for the remainder of the Spring term or through the Summer term. 

Selected candidates should be detail oriented, forward thinking, and have a strong commitment to working with diverse populations. Proficiency with social media platforms and bilingualism (English/Spanish) are skills that are highly preferred but not required.
