Lourdes Uranday is an experienced human resources executive, business consultant, and grant funding specialist who has spent more than 25 years helping businesses strengthen their teams and navigate workforce challenges.

As CEO of Lourdes Uranday Consulting, she brings extensive experience working with companies such as Foster Farms, Dole, and ConAgra Foods. She also serves as a business advisor for Small Business Development Centers throughout Central Valley and Northern California. Throughout her career, Lourdes has helped businesses secure over $3 million in grant funding, turning funding opportunities into valuable resources for employers. And she's helped businesses right here in Monterey County!
