The workshop will be led by SBDC Business Advisor Lourdes Uranday, MBA, HRM, who brings extensive experience navigating the ETP grant process and successfully securing funding. Most recently, Lourdes assisted the Soledad Chamber of Commerce in securing a $400,000 ETP grant from the State of California to support workforce training.
