Each year, we take hundreds of children shopping for school clothes. Participating children are chosen by their teachers. Those children are then given an invitation to participate and they are often the neediest kids in our community. The chaperone will be given a gift card at check-in to purchase clothing items for the children. This event also has opportunities for volunteers to help operate the event to ensure it runs smoothly.
Please join us on Saturday, December 11, 2021 to help make this holiday event happen. You can sign up for a 3-hour shift as either a “chaperone” (who takes a child or two shopping for school clothes) or a “volunteer” (someone who helps with volunteer needs including processing the selected children, giving out gift cards, cutting off merchandise tags before returning kids to their parents). It takes a village to make this event happen. Thank you!
