This program goes well beyond the topic of sexual harassment to address all forms of unlawful harassment and discrimination (age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.) that employers must be prepared to prevent and address. The workshop will include hypothetical and real-life examples, video clips, discussion, reference materials, and signed acknowledgments for personnel files. California law requires organizations with 5 or more employees (including contractors, on-call staff and temporary employees) to provide harassment training to all employees by 12/31/19: EMPLOYEES – At least 1 hour of training SUPERVISORS – At least 2 hours of training
