SALINAS, CA — Patria on Main invites guests to gather around the table for Italian Night on Monday, March 30, an evening of classic Italian flavors, live music, and warm hospitality in the heart of Oldtown Salinas.
Known for its vibrant bistro atmosphere and commitment to seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation, Patria will present a special three-course menu inspired by traditional Italian cuisine.
Live music from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. will accompany the evening, creating a relaxed and convivial setting.
The dinner begins with:
Bruschetta San Daniele
Prosciutto, burrata, tomato, arugula on sourdough toast
Entrée selections include:
- Linguine al Nero di Seppia with shrimp and pomodoro
- Busiate pasta Bolognese
- Classic Carbonara with guanciale and Pecorino Romano
- Lobster ravioli with lemon sauce
- Capellini with clams, garlic, white wine, and parsley
Dessert features a traditional tiramisu to conclude the evening.
