Spenser Smith, Lab Manager of ARCpoint Labs of Monterey Bay, which provides the most comprehensive menu of laboratory testing and screening services in Monterey County, will be the guest speaker at the Salinas Chamber of Commerce Dec. 8 “Lunch and Learn” Zoom luncheon. 

Spenser’s talk will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, through Zoom teleconferencing.
