We are excited to announce that we are launching a new event, in partnership with the Salinas City Center Improvement Association, the City of Salinas, CSUMB Salinas City Center, and Digital Nest to celebrate the holiday season, promote spending locally, and encourage philanthropy to local nonprofits. 

On Thursday, December 16th, from 3-7 pm in Oldtown, we are opening the area for a Business Expo Block Party. Brick & Mortar businesses will open their doors for special activities and/or promotions. Those Salinas Chamber members that do not have a spot in Oldtown will be participating inside CSUMB, Salinas City Center & Digital Nest. Our members in the food & beverage industry will be selling snacks on the patio at Digital Nest. Our nonprofit, education, and government members will join us to spread messaging of their important missions/programs/events. 

Monterey Bay FC (the new pro soccer team coming to our town), Alvarado St Brewery, & Cardinale Way Motors will have a special presence at the event and they will be doing a drawing for one lucky winner to go home with game tickets, swag, and more (anyone who donates to a nonprofit that is present at the event gets entered to win). 

There is no cost to participate in the event or to attend the event.
