Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a high-performing AR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage a high volume of accounts receivable transactions, with the ability to handle 100+ receivables daily
• Post payments, apply credits, and reconcile customer accounts accurately and efficiently
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate AR records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of heavy, hands-on Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• Associate’s Degree (AA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven ability to manage large workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
