Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Outreach Representative to support business development efforts across Monterey County. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities, and generating leads through in-person visits and consistent outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and driven by helping others—a true “servant’s heart” approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses throughout Monterey County to identify and develop new leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Conduct outreach efforts including in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-ups
• Document all outreach activity, including calls, visits, and sales efforts, in a timely and organized manner
• Track and report on lead generation progress and outcomes
• Represent the company professionally while promoting services and value
• Collaborate with internal team members to align outreach efforts with staffing needs
