Job Title: General Maintenance Technician (Plumbing Certification Preferred). The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of building maintenance tasks, with a strong preference for those with plumbing certification or plumbing-related experience. This position is responsible for ensuring our facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and plumbing.

· Inspect and troubleshoot issues in mechanical systems, including plumbing.

· Complete work orders and document completed tasks.

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.

· Assist with installation, servicing, and repair of fixtures and equipment

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or related field.

· Plumbing certification or plumbing experience strongly preferred.

· Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 3pm-12am

Occasional weekends or on-call rotations may be required.
