IT Senior Support Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is comfortable handling complex technical challenges.

Key Focus Areas:
- Advanced troubleshooting across network and infrastructure environments
- Support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based systems
- Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and Windows Server
- Collaboration with System Administrators and Engineers

IT Support Specialist

This position is a great opportunity for a motivated IT professional looking to grow their career while delivering high-quality technical support.

Key Focus Areas:
- End-user support for hardware, software, and IT systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud platforms
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
