Responsibilities:

• Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential new customers.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements:

• At least 1 solid year of proven and current sales experience
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Must be able to multi-task
• Organized
• Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
• Follow directions and work independently
• Detail oriented with great communication
• Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm
