Health Projects Center is a non-profit that provides exceptional community-based programs that support elders to live and age with dignity at home. HPC delivers programs in both English and Spanish for older adults, family caregivers and health workers. HPC services the tri-counties with the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center, Multipurpose Senior Services Program, and Central Coast Area Health Education Center. HPC’s programs support families to age at home for a fraction of the cost of a nursing facility.
