Oldtown Salinas Foundation was formed by Joel R. Panzer and Frank Savino to help the community of Salinas by putting on local events and raising funds for non-profit groups around the city. It was always the purpose of benefiting local charitable organizations. We believe in community-a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals. One way we to do this is we dedicate our time and talents while raising funds and awareness to the community. We bring the Salinas Valley together by hosting multiple events that showcase what our community has to offer
