As founder of Viable, LLC, and an independent consultant, Levi has worked with high profile clients including Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle, and many others. As Project Manager on over 80 million square feet of commercial real estate projects, Levi aspires to stimulate measurable improvement to the existing building stock everywhere within reach. Levi began as an intern in the Green Building industry in 2011, for a well established green building consultancy on the West Coast, with a heavy focus on existing buildings and deep roots within the United States Green Building Council. Levi carries his credential as a LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Business Certification, Inc. and Fitwel Ambassador from the Center for Active Design.
