AOA once again is asking for volunteers from the community to make Mother's Day cards with fun, loving and hopeful messages that will be delivered to the facilities on Mother's Day weekend. These cards bring smiles and tears of joy and remind these special women that they have not been forgotten.

Any community member can be involved in the project by mailing or dropping off Mother’s Day cards to Alliance on Aging, 236 Monterey St., Salinas, Calif., 93901. The deadline is May 1.
