Coastal Roots Hospitality’s Ken and Mona Donkersloot present a check to My Museum director Lauren Cohen in the amount of $10,475.50. The downtown Monterey kids museum was the July/August beneficiary of our Pick It Up-Pay It Forward program that funnels 10 percent of all proceeds from takeout orders from Rio Grill, and Tarpy’s and Montrio to worthy nonprofits. Rounding out the year is The Bridge Restoration Ministry, providing a safe residential setting for those struggling with addictions.
