Classification: Part-time, non-exempt (approx. 20 hours per week) Pay range: $20 – $23 / hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10am – 3pm Location: Hybrid (must be able to work from office in Monterey, CA 1-2 days per week) Essential functions include: Assistance with full cycle recruitment; preparation of documents in English and Spanish; administrative and research support; coordination of in-person and online events and workshops Required skills & experience: 1 year of administration experience; bilingual in English and Spanish; demonstrated customer service skills; MS Office Suite or Google Suite proficiency. Prior recruitment / HR experience preferred but not required. |
