Hartnell College to Host 2nd Annual Community Day & Car Show on June 7

Salinas, CA — Hartnell College will host its 2nd Annual Community Day & Car Show on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hartnell College Alisal Campus, located at 1752 E. Alisal St. in Salinas. The free, family-friendly event will bring together the community for a day of classic cars, live entertainment and campus engagement, while raising funds for student scholarships.
The event will showcase a wide variety of vehicles, including classic cars, custom builds, lowriders, trucks, motorcycles, and bikes. Attendees can enjoy live entertainment, raffles and guided campus tours, offering an opportunity to explore Hartnell’s programs and student support services.
Vehicle owners are invited to participate in the car show through advance registration. Pre-registration is $30, with day-of-event registration available for $35. All proceeds from vehicle registrations will directly support student scholarships at Hartnell College.
In addition to the car show, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about Hartnell’s academic and career training programs, including administration of justice, automotive and diesel technology, agricultural mechanics, agriculture, business, construction management and welding.
