Have you ever heard that variety is the spice of life? That’s what Monterey County Works has awaiting local employers and jobseekers at our Industry Spotlight Recruitments and Multiple Employer Job Fairs next month.
“We make a concerted effort each month to bring both our local employers and jobseekers together in the industries that are growing right here in Monterey County,” said, Monterey County Works, Executive Director, Christopher Donnelly. “Our Industry Spotlight Recruitments are narrowly focused events in specific industries while our Multiple Employer Job Fairs focus on any local business that is hiring. We invite both employers and jobseekers to review and register for our events. They are offered at no cost and are a good way to connect both groups.”
Monterey County Works posts participating employers on its website so jobseekers may review which employers will be attending. “We post the business logo and jobs offered on our website in a downloadable list,” said Donnelly. “Businesses appreciate the visibility and jobseekers like knowing which business is planning on attending in advance,” he said.
