Interim, Inc. to Host a Webinar on Creating a Special Needs Trust on March 28, 2024
Monterey, CA. (February 5, 2024)—Interim, Inc. is hosting a free virtual webinar, titled Leaving a Legacy You Can Depend On: Special Needs Trusts and Your Loved One, from 5:30-7:00pm on March 28, 2024, with a panel of speakers who have expertise in navigating the legal and administrative complexities of Special Needs Trusts. You will learn how to create a legacy you can depend on that will take care of your loved one with special needs. You will also have an opportunity to ask the speakers questions during a question and answer segment following the presentation.
Our Speakers:
Yvonne Ascher, Attorney at Law, Noland Hamerly Etienne & Hoss - Yvonne is a specialist in estate planning and a member of the America College of Trust and Estates Counsel. Members are nationally elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
Stephen Dale, Esq., LL.M, The Dale Law Firm - Stephen is a recognized and respected disability rights advocate and attorney. He spends much of his time attending disability rights activities, including legislative hearings and serving on boards and committees of disability-rights organizations. The Dale Law Firm offers full-service estate planning, with a focus on developing estate plans that involve persons with disabilities. They promote independence, while preserving eligibility for essential public benefits such as Special Needs Trusts and Limited Conservatorships.
Fiona McDonough, Licensed Professional Fiduciary - Fiona is President of the Monterey Bay Chapter of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and a member of the Monterey County Women Lawyers Association and the Monterey County Bar Association. She is an advocate for children and adults with disabilities.
