Just In From Monterey Symphony
Monterey Symphony presents Composing Big Sur, the making of John Wineglass’ Sacred Land: Concerto for Violin and Orchestra, a documentary showcasing Composer in Residence John Wineglass’ creative journey. The documentary, directed and edited for screen by Douglas Mueller, focuses on the creative process of Wineglass’ most recent composition, which premiered in May 2023 and features violinist Edwin Huizinga.

The screenings will be held in the Sunset Center auditorium and are included with all November concert tickets.
