While Workforce Development Month is officially celebrated in September, May 2026 is a busy month for job fairs, networking, and industry-specific recruitment events in the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas. “We want to be sure and invite jobseekers to join us at our upcoming job fairs and recruitments next month,” said Monterey County Works, Executive, Christopher Donnelly.  “There’s no need for jobseekers to register in advance, we’ll capture your information at the door.” He said.
