SALINAS, Calif. — Patria on Main, downtown Salinas’ destination for globally inspired cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, is celebrating summer with expanded culinary and wine-driven experiences that showcase the region’s seasonal bounty and world-class winemakers.

June brings the return of Early Access at Patria, a unique nightly experience launching June 1 for the first 10–15 guests beginning at 4:00 p.m. Guests are treated to exclusive, off-menu creations designed by Executive Chef Jose Aranda Aguilera and his team. These spontaneous dishes reflect the freshest local ingredients available and the bold creativity Patria is known for.

“Early Access is like a backstage pass to our kitchen,” said Chef Jose. “We’re improvising with the season’s best, and it changes every night.”

Also returning is Patria’s Wine Hour, held every Wednesday from 4:00–5:00 p.m. This summer, the experience deepens with featured pours from celebrated regional wineries:

• June: Pessagno Winery – All month long, Patria guests will enjoy curated pours from this acclaimed Santa Lucia Highlands producer. Known for its expressive Pinot Noirs and elegant Chardonnays, Pessagno brings a refined local touch to the midweek ritual.
• July: Bargetto Winery – One of the oldest wineries in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Bargetto Winery takes the stage in July, bringing a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation with wines that reflect the coastal terroir.

For just $10, guests receive a pour from the featured winery and two seasonal bruschetta bites—a pairing designed to elevate the midweek unwind.

Patria is also now accepting summer bookings for private dining and celebrations, offering curated menus, personalized beverage selections, and the signature hospitality that defines the Patria experience.
