The Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its 104th Annual Awards Luncheon which will take place on April 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Sherwood Hall in Salinas.  Doors will open at 10 a.m. for a popular “Networking Power Hour”.  The Annual Awards Luncheon draws in over 400 distinguished guests from around the County and serves as a prime opportunity to celebrate business excellence, and the unique community spirit that has shaped the landscape of the Salinas Valley.  It is also a time to honor businesses and individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the region’s economic vitality.

The 2025 honorees represent the breadth and significance of the Salinas Valley’s Chamber membership and include:

  • Joshua Hostetter (City of Salinas and Salinas Firefighters Association) who will receive the Citizen of the Year Award.
  • Victor Kong (Star Market) who will receive the Spirit of the Community Award.  
  • The Northridge Mall which will receive the Large Business of the Year Award:
  • Signs by Van which will receive the Small Business of the Year Award.  
  • Julie Packard (Monterey Bay Aquarium) who will receive the Businesswoman of the Year Award:
  • Bardin Bengard (Bengard Ranch) will receive the Ag Leadership Award:  And
  • Laurie Martin who will receive the Ambassador of the Year Award.
